The emphasis of our site is on drug information services and pharmacy consulting services. At this point we can provide you with information regarding myHealthCard (see sample below of a double-sided card).
myHealthCard SAMPLE - Side 1contains the following info: patient name, date of birth, allergy info, medication generic & brand names, medication strengths, medication route of administration, medication frequency, and reason patient is taking medication.
myHealthCard SAMPLE - Side 2 contains the following info: patient name, address, phone number, height, usual weight, allergy info, medical contact info (names & numbers of healthcare providers and pharmacy), and emergency contact info. Space permitting, other info may also be placed here (such as past medical history, past surgeries, etc.) upon request.
REQUEST A SAMPLE myHealthCard: these business card-sized myHealthCards are printed on heavy, high quality paper in COLOR, and are laminated to resist damage. If you'd like to see and handle a card for yourself, we'd be happy to mail you a sample card FREE. Just Contact Us with your name and mailing address.

Our RPhs have more than 10 years experience in the field and have worked in various areas of the specialty. These include: retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, chemotherapy pharmacy, and consulting pharmacy. Our regular customers particularly value the experience and knowledge of our team.
