- Pharmacy Policies & Procedures (per New Mexico Board of Pharmacy rules)

- Monthly visit and inspection at each site

- Maintain a Drug Formulary

- Participate in Pharmacy & Therapeutics Meeting every other month

- Review 5% of charts as required by NMBP

- Train supportive personnel (pharmacy technicians)- Repackage medications from bulk containerste

- Drug information consultation/counseling- Ensure clinics’ NMBP and DEA licenses are renewed appropriately

- Ensure clinics adhere to applicable state and federal drug laws (including JCAHO and CMS if accredited)
